Hire Procedure for Council Facilities
Council has a wide range of facilities available for half day, full day, short term and long term hires to suit all types of events.
Facilities include (but are not limited to) meeting rooms, recreational and sporting areas, entertainment areas, public performance areas and parks.
Please contact Council on (08) 8972 5500 to confirm your requested date(s) will be available prior to completing the paperwork. Availability is on a first come, first served basis therefore please book early to avoid disappointment!

This paperwork outlines the hire agreement, a detailed list of facilities available for hire and detailed information about the hiring policy and procedures.
- Fill out the top half of page one
- For long term hires, nominate the start and end time of EACH day you will be using the facility (multiple users share our facilities)
- Sign and date at the bottom of page 2
- A copy of your organization's current Public Liability Certificate will also need to be submitted with the hire agreement

The fees and charges will vary for each hire depending on the length of the hire, the number of facilities and the number of keys required.

Please contact Council staff on (08) 8972 5500 for further information or assistance in calculating the facility deposit, key deposits and hire fees.
Please note: paperwork is to be completed and hire fees are to be paid PRIOR to gaining access to the facilities.
If you are hosting an event or activity that includes children under 18 years of age, "Working With Children" clearances are required.
